We dispatch most orders from our UK warehouse and proudly ship to customers across the UK, Europe, and the USA.
To offer a wider range of products and faster delivery options, some items are stored in different warehouses and countries. If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days.
For customers in the USA, duties and applicable tariffs can now be paid at checkout. This allows your order to be shipped directly to you without delays, unexpected charges, or additional taxes upon delivery.
US orders are shipped via DHL Express, with estimated delivery times of approximately 6–9 business days. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment whenever available, so you can easily follow your order every step of the way.
